Photography for me, is more than financial gain, photography is about building relationships with you my client and understanding your needs and making you feel as comfortable, relaxed and prepared as possible before the day of your shoot. And nothing feels better then providing a wonderful experience for you with quality photos and additional discounts.
One of the biggest drawbacks I see in photography is, photographers not taking the time to get to know their clients and the journey for clients from the beginning to the day of their shoot feels impersonal. To be honest I've had impersonal experiences myself, where I booked photoshoots with other photographers, paid them a large sum of money, and had no idea what to expect. I also had no idea what kind of person I am meeting on the day of my photoshoot. The feelings I can describe from that experience was scary, confusing and detached.
